Gate crashing the Monastery
Made my first foray into the Monastery and found out that it's cheek to cheek with Dortmund. If I can't find a good plant transportable mob in the monk hangout then I'll find one in the lower level area. Being face to face with an angry jungle elephant was a bit of a surprise , seemed out of place with the theme.

Place is full of devout mobs, it's a good levelling place for evil aligned players. Some of the denizens though are neutral or evil so visiting the place isn't a waste of time. Wagonmaster, martial arts teachers and some monks give decent to very good exp. Best of all, it isn't crowded - hardly anyone goes there. Recommended for 90+ players.

I was disappointed with the lack of any real shops, was hoping I could contribute something new to the Iwuvaard EQ database. But the Tanto, a good dagger with nice stats, will be mine soon *G*
